RETURNS
Merchandise in original condition (including being unworn and unwashed) with original tags can be retuned within 60 days of purchase. All refunds require a valid receipt or packing slip.

Clearance items are not eligible for returns; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To return in-person:

Take your packing slip/receipt and return to the Tuck Shoppe during normal business hours, usually 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.  Hours may vary during breaks or special events; please call the store to verify hours at 706-419-1110.

To return by mail:

1. Include a copy of your packing slip or confirmation email with your securely packaged return. If you don't have this information, include a note with your name, email address, phone number and order number.
2. Please return via the carrier of your choice. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages and suggest using a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your items. Mail items to: Tuck Shoppe, Covenant College, 14049 Scenic Highway, Lookout Mountain, GA 30750.
3. Keep your tracking information and shipping receipt until refund is complete. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been accepted and processed.
